#WordlessWednesday ~ Yellow

Happy Wednesday everybody, I hope you are well and if not: I am sending healing energy and a cookie!

I scheduled this message about two weeks ago when I prepared myself for my cancer operation. Little did I suspect how much life would change in those two weeks. My operation went well for all those of you who wonder. I am not in much pain and can stay home which we are meant to do anyway.

But these are times that threaten the very existence of many of us and that is why I decided to add some words:

May you and yours stay safe.
May you be kind to yourself and to others no matter how obnoxious some of them are ( that is my biggest challenge ;-) )
May you discover that you are much stronger, more creative and more resilient than you ever knew.

I believe we in the blogosphere are in a good place to get through this challenge because we can share ideas, support and life from afar. And so we do already.

Thank you to all who have made my day that little more bright with their blogposts. Thank you to all those who are keyworkers both the obvious and less obvious ones for your hard work to get us through this. And thank you to everyone who does their bit to keep all of us safe. And now back to my original post with some bright photos to cheer us up!

lets stay safe and sound

Happy Wednesday to you all. Please stay safe and know you are in my thoughts and prayers!

Just one more thing before you go: The hospital that is treating me for cancer is fundraising for a dedicated breast cancer unit which would allow same-day diagnosis and better premises for patients and staff.
Please, if you can spare a little money hop over to their Just Giving Page and give as little or much as you can. Or share the page on your social media. Your support means a lot to me! Thank you very much.

  2. Glad that your operation is over and you are well. Let's keep it that way. Yes, this germ flying' all around us is the pits. It's making life as we know it totally change, which is also the pits. I personally wish by some small miracle it would just disappear and see what other trouble is next. It's been on thing after another. So depressing, but we have our blogoshpere to keep us occupied thank the heavens. Have a great day and I hope all your wishes come true. Great photos here. Thanks for sharing and the smile. Stay healthy.

    1. LOL I hardly ever buy flowers as we always had a garden. Besides at these strange times I assume people are even panic buying flowers.... ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ™‹‍♀️๐Ÿ
